Billing questions can always be answered by calling Wilkinson Dunn Company during our normal office hours, 8:30 to 5:00. If you need assistance after our normal hours, you may contact your insurance provider directly to use their automated billing system. When using the automated billing system, you will need your policy number available. By choosing your company below, we have provided their contact information.

Claims can always be reported to Wilkinson Dunn Company during normal office hours 8:30 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday except holidays by calling 1-800-223-3475. After hours you may leave information about your claim in our General Voice Mailbox and you will be contacted the next morning. Please take all reasonable measures to protect your property from further damage and make any needed temporary repairs. These costs will be included as part of your claim.
Most companies have direct claim reporting numbers and policyholders are encouraged to use these which will provide faster handling of your claim. While we encourage the use of these numbers, if there are any questions or problems with your claim, please call our office at 1-800-223-3475.
